Identified

There are intermittent issues with address validation caused by instability in the third-party address validation service used by YubiEnterprise. The issues may result in shipments staying in the "Awaiting validation" state for longer than usual, and for customers with an API integration, the POST /v1/validate-address API endpoint may intermittently return 500 Internal Server Error. The situation is being monitored and updates will be posted. We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes.
