Get-api-key service maintenance

The service for getting a new YK-VAL validation identity at https://upgrade.yubico.com/getapikey will undergo maintenace on Tuesday 28th July 2015. The web page might be unavailable for a few minutes between 08:00 and 09:00 UTC (am time).

The machine’s IPv6 address will change as noted below. Its IPv4 stays the same.

New IPv6: 2600:3c00::f03c:91ff:fee4:a5eb

Old IPv6: 2600:3c00::f03c:91ff:fe70:8ab4

We will also renew the TLS certificate and enable DHE ciphers with prime lengths >= 2048 bits.
