YubiCloud api4 down

The hosting facility for api4 is having UPS issues and as a result having power failures. We are working with them to restore functionality. Note that this outage does not affect the YubiCloud service, since all of the other four servers are working.
Update: It appears to be network issues rather than power issues, the machine is operational but connectivity is going and coming.
