OpenID server updated

The Yubico OpenID-server has received a software upgrade, and is now based on the upstream PHP-OpenID 2.2.2 release instead of the 2.1.3 release. Let us know if you notice any issues. There may have been intermittent issues with the service in the last few hours while we performed the upgrade. For the curious, the source code for the service is available.
