api3 unplanned problems

Since a few minues, api3 have been unresponsive. We are looking into the problem and will update this notice when we have more information.

Update: The machine is back up, with 25 minutes of downtime. The problem was a hardware issue, and we’ve asked the host to provide more information.

Update: The issue was a kernel problem related to the IPv6 stack on the machine hosting the virtual machine.
